CLIENT PROFILE: Amenitized, waterfront condominium luxury residences along the banks of the Pamlico River in North Carolina.

THE CHALLENGE: Debut luxury condominium: name and brand the project, then drive qualified prospects to a weekend sales event.

THE PLAN: Create a unique identity and brand. Implement a national direct mail, public relations and email campaign, supplemented by traveling cocktail parties for prospects. Plan and host a luxury event onsite to obtain sales.

THE RESULT: After generating a healthy prospect list, the onsite event converted 90% of attendee reservation holders to actual buyers.
