Maximum Design & Advertising, Inc., headquartered in Wilmington, North Carolina, was started in 1998 by Amy Tharrington and Kelly Burnette. It was the goal of the founding principals to build a marketing firm that could become a strategic partner to real estate developers across the country.
Maximum’s philosophy is to focus solely on real estate, finding new and innovative ways to change a point on a map into a place in someone’s heart. With this as our mantra, we are able to stay focused on what the true goal of real estate advertising is...to sell property.
