The three-story, mixed-use building, located at 105 Grace Street, features nine (9) condominium residences – a combination of studio and one-bedroom flats – all with oversized windows, ultra-high ceilings and built-in LCD flat screen TV’s. Artistic, resourceful design details include oversized molding based on set design from HBO’s Sex and the City and cleverly crafted built-in dressers in the studios that maximize space, doubling as entertainment units.
The 1920’s building design and unique name were inspired by the New York Cleaners & Hatters business that originally stood on the property. As with other Plantation projects – Modern Baking Company, the Mercantile Building and the Brooklyn House – the organization holds a strong commitment to incorporating the legacy of the city’s past.
