Maximum’s Arrick Maurice Wins Statewide Logo Design Competition

Maximum Design & Advertising, Inc., a full-service destination lifestyle marketing firm, is proud to announce that a logo created by the company’s senior designer, Arrick Maurice, has been selected as the winning design in the North Carolina Builder Institute’s new logo competition. 

The NCBI Board of Trustee’s chose Arrick’s entry after considering a large number of submissions from across the state.  The goal of the competition was to create a logo with an eye-catching design that best captures the organization’s focus on continuing education and home building.

“As I began to sketch out several ideas, one quickly stood out from the others,” said Maurice.  “The idea of presenting a home built from books was right in line with my interpretation of what NCBI was looking for.”

NCBI is an education arm of the North Carolina Home Builders Association.  The organization offers professional level courses, providing homebuilders the opportunity to achieve professional growth, share knowledge and insight, earn a professional designation and develop valuable peer networks.
